Sullivan Gardner has become a leading defense firm in criminal environmental prosecutions. Recently, the firm accomplished a very rare pre-trial dismissal of the politically-charged, first environmental criminal prosecution ever brought by a NYC District Attorney. The firm is lead defense counsel on the environmental prosecutions concerning athletic field development in Westchester County. Sullivan Gardner is counsel to one of the defendants in the recent task force prosecutions of pollution in the automobile recycling industry.
