Sullivan Gardner maintains a construction practice typically associated with large firm practice. The firm has represented the leading construction trade associations in the region such as The General Contractors Association of New York, The Construction Industry Council of Westchester, The Long Island Contractor's Association, and The Mason & Concrete Contractors Association. The firm has represented a significant portion of the heavy public contractors in the metropolitan region. The firm has successfully represented the majority of plaintiffs litigating to resolve construction payment issues at the World Trade Center. Recently, the firm represented the entire heavy trucking industry in the region in its successful effort to maintain access to the Throgs Neck Bridge.
