Intermodal Facilities

The development of the NYC has created the "Intermodal Container Facility" as part of the solution to the delays inherent in bringing new facilities on line. Sullivan Gardner has been the leader in this field. The firm provided language for the enabling legislation and was counsel to the first facility opened pursuant to the legislation. The firm is currently managing the approval process of the largest intermodal facility in New York City.
