Law Enforcement and Contractor Competence

The review of the integrity of public contractors has unintentionally extended to comments concerning the quality and competence of the contractor by law enforcement staff, which staff is untrained and inexperienced on the issue. Sullivan Gardner has been retained to review the legal basis for the involvement of law enforcement on the issue of contractor competence.
