Nightclub Dispute

For almost five years Sullivan Gardner successfully defended a world famous nightclub against a host of criminal and civil enforcement actions brought by the City of New York. The desire of City Hall to close the business was so intense that the Mayor actually directed that the Corporation Counsel himself appear to argue before the NYS Supreme Court. The legal and political acumen utilized in this effort was both intellectually exciting and professionally fulfilling.
