RESOURCES Mayor's Office of Contract Services

Founded in 1988, the Mayor's Office of Contract Services (MOCS) assists City agencies in complying with procurement procedures and achieving their programmatic missions. MOCS operates a Public Access Center that provides access to the VENDEX computer system, which contains extensive information about City contracts and contractors (i.e., business profile, caution lists, contract performance evaluation reports, entities related to a business, contracts by search term, and total contracts for one agency and/or vendor).
